Reason such as[ do not like the item / not suitable for skin type /quality or real product not up to expectation will not be entertain for Exchange or Return.不接受以个人不喜欢/不合适肤质/品质没达到你的要求为退货或退款理由。
Please make sure and double check the quantity/color before payment. small defects that do not affect the product cannot be used as a reson for Exchange or Return. Perfectionists please take note. 请确保付款前再三确认并检查好数量/颜色。不影响产品的小瑕疵不能作为更换/退款的理由。完美主义者请绕道。
Q:Can visit our shop for exchanges or refund? 可以前往我们的店面进行更换/退款吗?
A:Yes, replacement must be made within 3 days of received of the parcel,and you need to contact our customer service first and attach the order receipt to let us check whether there is stock replacement available, so as not to waste a trip. 可以的,您必须在收到包裹后的3天内进行更换 并且需先联系客服及附上订单单据 让我们的客服检查是否还有可更换的库存 以免白跑一趟。
All items must be shipped back to us within 7 working days upon item received. 所有需要退换的商品在收到后的7天内必须邮寄回来,逾期不理。
If the item you received is degradation/defective 若是您收到的商品是变质/缺陷 :
Product inventory still availble货物仍有库存 : Can be exchange 可进行更换
Product not available/sold out 货物已下架/缺货 : Return by cash/online payment以现金/汇款方式进行退款
Refund will be made processed within 7-14days.退款将在7-14天内处理。
Clearance event (Promo Price) items cannnot be replaced/refunded/exchanged/cancelled after the order is placed.Perfectionists please detour. 大清仓/活动 (优惠价)商品 下单后不可更换/退款/取消/ 完美主义者请绕道。
